背景资料: Acetylcholinesterase, or AChE, is an important protease that terminates the transmission of the neurotransmitter, acetylcholine, by hydrolysis. Hydrolysis by AChE on ACh prevents excessive neural firing between adjacent nerves. Horse Radish Peroxidase (HRP) is an enzyme that utilize organic peroxide compounds as electron donors. Naturally provides protection for plants against pathogens, but can be utilized in molecular biology to convert various substrates to detectable compounds (such as in Western Blotting and ELISAs). Anti-Acetylcholinesterase (Bovine Erythrocytes) antibody is ideal for investigators in Signal Transduction, Cell Signaling, Cardiovascular , and Immunology research.

保存建议: Store vial at 4° C prior to restoration. For extended storage aliquot contents and freeze at -20° C or below. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature. This product is stable for several weeks at 4° C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use.
