产品描述: Sample Type:Serum, plasma, cell culture supernates, tissue homogenatesIntended Use:For the quantitative determination of rat arachidonic acid (AA) concentrations in serum, plasma, cell culture supernates, tissue homogenates.Sensitivity:2.758ng/mlRange:3.125-200ng/mlSpecificity:This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of rat AA. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between rat AA and analogues was observed.Test Principle:This BioAssay employs the competitive inhibition enzyme immunoassay technique. The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to AA. Standards or samples are added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells with Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugated AA. The competitive inhibition reaction is launched between with HRP-conjugated AA and AA in samples. A substrate solution is added to the wells and the color develops in opposite to the amount of AA in the sample. The color development is stopped and the intensity of the color is measured. Kit Components:Assay plate, 1x96 wellsStandard (Freeze dried), 2x vial HRP-conjugate (100X concentrate), 1x60ul HRP-conjugate Diluent, 1x10ml Sample Diluent, 2x20ml Wash Buffer (25X concentrate), 1x20ml TMB Substrate, 1x10ml Stop Solution, 1x10ml Adhesive Strip (For 96 wells), 4x strips Instruction manual Storage and Stability:Store powder at 4°C liquid at -20°C. Store other components at 4°C. Stable for at least 6 months For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
