背景资料: The 40S ribosomal protein SA (RPSA) is a high-affinity, non-integrin family, laminin receptor, also known as 67 kDa laminin receptor or 37 kDa laminin receptor precursor (37LRP) (1). Laminins, a family of extracellular matrix glycoproteins, are the major noncollagenous constituent of basement membranes and have been implicated in a variety of biological processes including cell adhesion, differentiation, migration, signaling, neurite outgrowth and metastasis (2). RPSA is overexpressed in multiple types of cancers and has recently been shown to act as a cancer-specific death receptor (3).

免疫原: Anti-RPSA antibody was prepared from whole rabbit serum produced by repeated immunizations with a 17 amino acid peptide near the C-terminus of human RPSA.

保存建议: Store vial at -20° C prior to opening. Aliquot contents and freeze at -20° C or below for extended storage. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature. This product is stable for several weeks at 4° C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use.
