Goat anti-human IgE (u chain), is a Rhodamine conjugated (TRITC-tetramethylrhodamine-5-isothiocyanate) secondary antibody which binds to human IgE in immunological assays. (TRITC) has Amax = 550 nm, Emax = 570 nm. Antibodies are adsorbed against bovine,mouse,rabbit serum and affinity purified using solid phase human IgE.
