Rockland offers our clients liquid chromatography capabilities for purification of proteins and antibodies using a variety of methods, including Affinity Chromatography (AC), Size Exclusion Chromatography (SEC) and Ion Exchange Chromatography (IEX) and other resin formats. nnThis service is DEAE ion-exchange chromatography on a 100 ml sample of antisera or related sample. Charge applies per sample applied to column.
