Seprase is a dual specificity serine protease expressed in reactive human tumor stromal fibroblasts. Seprase is a homodimeric integral membrane gelatinase， which is part of the serine protease family. Seprase is expressed in reactive stromal fibroblasts of epithelial cancers， granulation tissue of healing wounds， and malignant cells of bone and soft tissue sarcomas. Seprase protein has a role in the control of fibroblast growth or epithelial-mesenchymal interactions throughout development， tissue repair， and epithelial carcinogenesis.

保存建议

成纤维细胞激活蛋白a（Seprase）溶液可以在4℃冷藏保存2-4周；如果想延长保存时间，建议分装后置于-20℃冻存.请避免反复冻融.
