Supplied as a lyophilized powder from 20mM PB, pH 7.0, 0.5%HSA, 2% mannitol. Reconstitute with sterile 18Mo-cm H2O to 100ug/ml.

保存建议

Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20 degree C. Stable for 12 months at -20 degree C. Reconstitute with sterile buffer or dH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degree C. Reconstituted product is stable for 6 months at -20 degree C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
