Supplied as a lyophilized powder. Reconstitute with dH2O, 0.1% HSA or BSA to 0.1-1mg/ml. Further dilutions can be made into other buffered solutions.

保存建议

Lyophilized powder may be stored dessicated at -20 degree C. Stable for 12 months at -20 degree C. Reconstitute with sterile dH2O, 0.1% HSA or BSA. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degree C. Reconstituted product is stable for 6 months at -20 degree C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer
