Supplied as a lyophilized powder from a sterile- ltered solution without additives. Reconstitute in water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0mg/ml. This solution can then be diluted into other aqueous buffers.

保存建议

Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20 degree C. Stable for 12 months at -20 degree C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Reconstituted product is stable for 6 months at -20 degree C. For long term storage add 0.1% HSA or BSA, aliquot, and store at -20 degree C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
