背景资料: The protein encoded by this gene is involved in thenefficient repair of DNA single-strand breaks formed by exposure tonionizing radiation and alkylating agents. This protein interactsnwith DNA ligase III, polymerase beta and poly (ADP-ribose)npolymerase to participate in the base excision repair pathway. Itnmay play a role in DNA processing during meiogenesis andnrecombination in germ cells. A rare microsatellite polymorphism innthis gene is associated with cancer in patients of varyingnradiosensitivity.

免疫原: This XRCC1 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 407-435 amino acids from the Central region of human XRCC1.

保存建议: Store at 4˚C for three months and -20˚C, stable for up to one year. As with all antibodies care should be taken to avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles. Antibodies should not be exposed to prolonged high temperatures.
