背景资料: This gene encodes a member of the F-box protein familynwhich is characterized by an approximately 40 amino acid motif, thenF-box. The F-box proteins constitute one of the four subunits ofnthe ubiquitin protein ligase complex called SCFsn(SKP1-cullin-F-box), which function in phosphorylation-dependentnubiquitination. The F-box proteins are divided into 3 classes: Fbwsncontaining WD-40 domains, Fbls containing leucine-rich repeats, andnFbxs containing either different protein-protein interactionnmodules or no recognizable motifs. The protein encoded by this genenbelongs to the Fbxs class. Alternative splicing of this genengenerates at least 3 transcript variants diverging at the 5'nterminus.

免疫原: This FBXO9 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 346-373 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human FBXO9.

保存建议: Store at 4˚C for three months and -20˚C, stable for up to one year. As with all antibodies care should be taken to avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles. Antibodies should not be exposed to prolonged high temperatures.
