背景资料: Members of the F-box protein family, such as FBXO34, arencharacterized by an approximately 40-amino acid F-box motif. SCFncomplexes, formed by SKP1 (MIM 601434), cullin (see CUL1; MIMn603134), and F-box proteins, act as protein-ubiquitin ligases.nF-box proteins interact with SKP1 through the F box, and theyninteract with ubiquitination targets through other proteinninteraction domains (Jin et al., 2004 [PubMed 15520277]).[suppliednby OMIM].

免疫原: This FBXO34 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 600-629 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human FBXO34.

保存建议: Store at 4˚C for three months and -20˚C, stable for up to one year. As with all antibodies care should be taken to avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles. Antibodies should not be exposed to prolonged high temperatures.
