背景资料: Voltage-gated potassium (Kv) channels represent the mostncomplex class of voltage-gated ion channels from both functionalnand structural standpoints. Their diverse functions includenregulating neurotransmitter release, heart rate, insulin secretion,nneuronal excitability, epithelial electrolyte transport, smoothnmuscle contraction, and cell volume. This gene encodes a member ofnthe potassium voltage-gated channel subfamily V. This protein isnessentially present in the brain, and its role might be to inhibitnthe function of a particular class of outward rectifier potassiumnchannel types.

免疫原: This KCNV1 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 137-166 amino acids from the N-terminal region of human KCNV1.

保存建议: Store at 4˚C for three months and -20˚C, stable for up to one year. As with all antibodies care should be taken to avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles. Antibodies should not be exposed to prolonged high temperatures.
