背景资料: The protein encoded by this gene was first identified bynits binding to the APC protein which is often mutated in familialnand sporadic forms of colorectal cancer. This protein localizes tonmicrotubules, especially the growing ends, in interphase cells.nDuring mitosis, the protein is associated with the centrosomes andnspindle microtubules. The protein also associates with componentsnof the dynactin complex and the intermediate chain of cytoplasmicndynein. Because of these associations, it is thought that thisnprotein is involved in the regulation of microtubule structures andnchromosome stability. This gene is a member of the RP/EB family.

免疫原: This MAPRE1 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 44-71 amino acids from the N-terminal region of human MAPRE1.

保存建议: Store at 4˚C for three months and -20˚C, stable for up to one year. As with all antibodies care should be taken to avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles. Antibodies should not be exposed to prolonged high temperatures.
