背景资料: ERK2 is a member of the MAP kinase subfamily of Ser/Thr protein kinases. MAP kinases, also known as extracellular signal-regulated kinases (ERKs), act as an integration point for multiple biochemical signals, and are involved in a wide variety of cellular processes such as proliferation, differentiation, transcription regulation and development. The activation of this kinase requires its phosphorylation by upstream kinases. Upon activation, this kinase translocates to the nucleus of the stimulated cells, where it phosphorylates nuclear targets.

免疫原: This MAPK1 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 254-285 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human MAPK1.

保存建议: Store at 4˚C for three months and -20˚C, stable for up to one year. As with all antibodies care should be taken to avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles. Antibodies should not be exposed to prolonged high temperatures.
