背景资料: P38 gamma is a member of the MAP kinase family. MAP kinases act as an integration point for multiple biochemical signals, and are involved in a wide variety of cellular processes such as proliferation, differentiation, transcription regulation and development. Activation of members of the mitogen-activated protein kinase family is a major mechanism for transduction of extracellular signals. Stress-activated protein kinases are one subclass of MAP kinases. P38 gamma functions as a signal transducer during differentiation of myoblasts to myotubes.

免疫原: This MAPK12 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 336-367 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human MAPK12.

保存建议: Store at 4˚C for three months and -20˚C, stable for up to one year. As with all antibodies care should be taken to avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles. Antibodies should not be exposed to prolonged high temperatures.
