背景资料: HCK is a member of the Srcnfamily of tyrosine kinases. This protein is primarily hemopoietic,nparticularly in cells of the myeloid and B-lymphoid lineages. Itnmay help couple the Fc receptor to the activation of thenrespiratory burst. In addition, it may play a role in neutrophilnmigration and in the degranulation of neutrophils. Multiplenisoforms with different subcellular distributions are produced duento both alternative splicing and the use of alternative translationninitiation codons, including a non-AUG (CUG) codon. 免疫原: This HCK antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 131-156 amino acids from the N-terminal region of human HCK.

保存建议: Store at 4˚C for three months and -20˚C, stable for up to one year. As with all antibodies care should be taken to avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles. Antibodies should not be exposed to prolonged high temperatures.
