背景资料: CYP2R1 is a member of the cytochrome P450 superfamily of enzymes. The cytochrome P450 proteins are monooxygenases which catalyze many reactions involved in drug metabolism and synthesis of cholesterol, steroids and other lipids. This enzyme is a microsomal vitamin D hydroxylase that converts vitamin D into the active ligand for the vitamin D receptor. A mutation in CYP2R1 gene has been associated with selective 25-hydroxyvitamin D deficiency.

免疫原: This CYP2R1 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 464-496 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human CYP2R1.

保存建议: Store at 4˚C for three months and -20˚C, stable for up to one year. As with all antibodies care should be taken to avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles. Antibodies should not be exposed to prolonged high temperatures.
