背景资料: Exodus 2 is one of several CC cytokine genes clustered on the p arm of chromosome 9. Cytokines are a family of secreted proteins involved in immunoregulatory and inflammatory processes. The CC cytokines are proteins characterised by two adjacent cysteines. Similar to other chemokines the protein encoded by this gene inhibits hemopoiesis and stimulates chemotaxis. This protein is chemotactic in vitro for thymocytes and activated T cells, but not for B cells, macrophages, or neutrophils.

免疫原: Produced from sera of rabbits pre-immunized with highly pure (>98%) recombinant hExodus-2 (human Exodus-2).

保存建议: Exodus-2 antibody is stable for at least 2 years from date of receipt at -20˚C. The reconstituted antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-8˚C. Frozen aliquots are stable for at least 6 months when stored at -20˚C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
