背景资料: The ion channels activated by glutamate are typically divided into two classes. Those that are sensitive to N-methyl-D-aspartate (NMDA) are designated NMDA receptors (NMDAR). The NMDAR plays an essential role in memory, neuronal development and it has also been implicated in several disorders of the central nervous system including Alzheimer’s disease, epilepsy and ischemic neuronal cell death. Increased membrane surface expression of the NR1 subunit of the receptor has been associated with synaptic plasticity.

免疫原: NMDA NR1 Subunit monoclonal antibody was raised against a fusion protein from AA 1 - 564 of NMDA NR1.

保存建议: NMDA NR1 Subunit antibody can be stored at -20˚C. After reconstitution in 50 μl water, the antibody should be aliquot and stored at -20˚C. This product is stable at -20˚C for at least 1 year and can be shipped ambient domestic or international.
