背景资料: DNA cytosine methyltransferase 3 α isoform a; DNA methyltransferase HsaIIIA. This protein is required for genome wide de novo methylation and is essential for development. The protein localizes primarily to the nucleus and its expression is developmentally regulated. Mutations in the gene cause the immunodeficiency-centromeric instability-facial anomalies (ICF) syndrome. This variant (1) represents the longest transcript and encodes the longest isoform.

保存建议: DNMT3A2 antibody can be stored at 4˚C for short term (weeks). Long term storage should be at -20˚C. As with all antibodies care should be taken to avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles. Antibodies should not be exposed to prolonged high temperatures.
