背景资料: DNA directed RNA polymerase II polypeptide L; polymerase (RNA) II (DNA directed) polypeptide L (7.6kD); RNA polymerase II subunit. This protein is a subunit of RNA polymerase II, the polymerase responsible for synthesizing messenger RNA in eukaryotes. It contains four conserved cysteines characteristic of an atypical zinc-binding domain. Like its counterpart in yeast, this subunit may be shared by the other two DNA-directed RNA polymerases.

保存建议: POLR2L antibody can be stored at 4˚C for short term (weeks). Long term storage should be at -20˚C. As with all antibodies care should be taken to avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles. Antibodies should not be exposed to prolonged high temperatures.
