背景资料: Regulator of G-protein signalling 11. This protein belongs to the RGS (regulator of G protein signaling) family. Members of the RGS family act as GTPase-activating proteins on the α subunits of heterotrimeric, signal-transducing G proteins. This protein inhibits signal transduction by increasing the GTPase activity of G protein α subunits, thereby driving them into their inactive GDP-bound form. Alternative splicing occurs at this locus and two transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been identified.

保存建议: RGS11 (M-136) antibody can be stored at 4˚C for short term (weeks). Long term storage should be at -20˚C. As with all antibodies care should be taken to avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles. Antibodies should not be exposed to prolonged high temperatures.
