背景资料: Regulator of G-protein signalling 2, 24kDa; G0 to G1 switch regulatory 8, 24kD. RGS2 reduces cAMP production by odorant-stimulated olfactory epithelium membranes by inhibiting the activity of adenylyl cyclase type III, the predominant adenylyl cyclase isoform in olfactory neurons. Whole-cell voltage clamp recordings of odorant-stimulated olfactory neurons indicate that endogenous RGS2 negatively regulates odorant-evoked intracellular signaling.

保存建议: RGS2 antibody can be stored at 4˚C for short term (weeks). Long term storage should be at -20˚C. As with all antibodies care should be taken to avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles. Antibodies should not be exposed to prolonged high temperatures.
