背景资料: FUNCTION: Endonuclease that catalyzes the cleavage of RNA on the 3' side of pyrimidine nucleotides. Acts on single stranded and double stranded RNA.

CATALYTIC ACTIVITY: Endonucleolytic cleavage to nucleoside 3'-phosphates and 3'-phosphooligonucleotides ending in Cp or Up with 2',3'-cyclic phosphate intermediates.

SUBUNIT: Monomer.

PTM: N-linked glycans are of complex type.

SIMILARITY: Belongs to the pancreatic ribonuclease family.

保存建议: RNASE1 antibody can be stored at 4˚C for short term (weeks). Long term storage should be at -20˚C. As with all antibodies care should be taken to avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles. Antibodies should not be exposed to prolonged high temperatures.
